Jeffrey A. Cohen
President & CEO

Mr. Cohen has owned Reliant Security and acted as President and CEO for over fifteen years. A member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), Mr. Cohen completed his undergraduate work at Reed College and received his MBA from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania.

Matthew J. Cooper, CPP
General Manager

With a decade of experience in the security field, Matt earned his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International in 2006.  Matt is a DPSST Executive Manager, Licensed Trainer and Officer in Oregon.  He is also a Licensed Trainer and Officer Washington state.  Matt is certified by Secure Maritime Group (SMG) as a Facility Security Officer (FSO). Prior to coming to work for Reliant Security, Matt worked as an IT Systems Administrator. He graduated with a double major ,summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota.

Paul Saxon
Operations Supervisor

Paul is a Dual-state Certified Security Supervisor in Oregon and Washington. He comes to Reliant via SecureTrans, LLC in Seattle, WA. Paul has been a Security Manager for 6 years and has been coordinating and supervising the activities of personnel for over thirteen. Prior to working as a Security Manager, Paul served in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician and Lead Supervisor.

Charlotte Cooper
Payroll Manager / Scheduler

As Payroll Manager, Scheduler and HR Administrator, Charlotte's behind the scenes role is a major factor in the on-going success of Relaint Security.  In addition to ensuring the smooth functioning of payroll, Charlotte's scheduling abilities have helped Reliant Security to maintain the lowest overtime costs in the industry. Charlotte earned her bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Hamline University.

Elizabeth M. Wineland

Human Resources Manager

Beth Wineland has over nine years of experience in human resources and staffing.  She graduated cum laude from Oregon State University in Sociology.  Beth has worked for Reliant Security since March of 2000.

Jeremy Cohen
Field Supervisor

Jeremy is a DPSST Licensed Trainer and Officer in the State of Oregon. He has worked for several years and Reliant's Office Manager, Scheduler, HR Administrator and Client Support Specialist.  Most recently Jeremy has been working as a Field Supervisor while he completes his bachelor's degree.

Thom Martinez
Administrative Asst.

The newest member of the Reliant Team, Thom wears several hats as Reliant's in-house Graphic Designer, IT Support Specialist, and marketing consultant.
